Age is just a number.
So claimed a 40-year-old lady star of a reality programme in an interview. According to the article in the papers, she really did get engaged to the younger man that she chose among er, other younger men (that is the gist of the show).
That reminds me of a classmate whom i got reconnected some time back. She told me she is currently in a relationship with a younger man. i think he's something like 12 or 14 years younger. i remember mentally subtracting the number from my age while we were chatting, lol.
I also have another fren who some years ago was courted by a guy. She went out with him a few times and told us that he is a nice guy (that means got potential lah). Then one day she told us that she found out he is actually slightly more than a decade older than she is. She was a bit disappointed to find out about the age gap. But hoh, they eventually got married and are now parents to 2 kids :)
Does age matter in a relationship? i suppose it does but it has to be taken into consideration with other factors as well (erm, like in-laws?? lol)
The significant other is 2 years older than me but at times, i feel like i'm a mum to 3 boys :) i'll leave you to guess what that means..... :P
