This is Life

Last week an opening for a part-time position was advertised. I was very interested but alas, I don't even meet their "basic" requirements. I decided to apply nonetheless because:

1. I will never get the job if I don't send in an application.
2. I am giving myself a chance (a slim chance is still a chance OK) if I send in an application.

I dusted my CV and brushed it up to look good. At long last I was satisfied with version 9.2. Filled up the online form and hit the 'submit' button. Got an error message - never mind, try again, got another error message - again and again, over the next few days - till the day of the deadline itself.

I give up. This is life.
