i went to the optician today cos i've run out of disposable contact lenses but more importantly to have my eyes tested. Of late, if i read with contact lenses on, i need to move the book further away, LOL.
i thot it surely must be 老花 lah. The ladies in my cell group all need to hold their bible at a distance, hahaha. The first question the optician asked was "How old are you?" :) After the test, surprise surprise, i was told that my myopia has actually decreased, average of 100 degrees for both eyes in fact. So that makes the glasses i'm wearing now too powderful lor. The optician told me that for the next few years my myopia will continue to decrease until such time long-sightedness sets in. No such thing as myopia decreasing till perfect eyesight is restored, fat hope ah, lol.
i ordered new contact lenses but haven't decided to change my glasses yet. i probably will lah, must age gracefully mah, a new pair of glasses might just do the trick :)
