Ethan's first drawing of the bamboo plantHe has since gone through the 2nd lesson but has yet to bring his work home to show us. His school has arranged for 7 lessons in Chinese painting for all P3 to P6 students. Ethan came home after the first lesson inspired and took out his black poster colour and paint brush in an attempt to reproduce what he has learnt. Even though he soon found out that "ang mo" paint, brush and paper don't quite produce the same effect, he had fun painting. He tells me he can't wait for the next lesson! Meanwhile, his enthusiam has rubbed off Ewan as well.
