A Wow

Last week, I received an email from an acquaintance who announced the new address of his business outfit. I looked at the list of recipients and wondered why I was in it. I'm not the most connected person around you know i.e. I'm only a homemaker, I can't possibly be introducing business to him in anyway. Nevertheless, I replied wishing him well. To my surprise, this very busy person replied (though much later), writing about the challenges of moving and about his plans to spend more time with his family and in church work even as his business expands. While it's encouraging to read of his plans, I'm more touched that he took the time to write and share. It wasn't a mass circulation kind of email like his earlier announcement. It was a personal reply to my email. That, was my WoW of the day ;-)
