Yesterday i made my family wear red to church. Very coordinated, lol. The significant other who is not very pro gov protested but i said i didn't make you wear all white ok :) In the night, we went for chilli crab with my in-laws and co. Well, not gonna be too philosophical on this day lah, but just as i love my imperfect family and church, i love my country too, warts and all :)

my son asked by the ministers get to wear all white... no red? yeah hor? for our first time, we were ready at 8.22pm; memorizing my pledge earlier the day...:-) Happy Birthday Singapore!
wah, you so patriotic, puts me to shame. i celebrate national day by eating and more eating, LoL. then again, this is you and your family's first, all the more special :)
