It's HMF

Sigh, Ethan has Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease. We suspected it when rashes started appearing on his right foot on Monday night after a day of fever and vomitting. He had almost all the symptoms listed in the MOH's Website. We thought Ewan has it too but the doctor said she'll review his case 2 days later as the "rash" in his mouth doesn't look like those of HMF. So more plans are derailed. Ethan is scheduled for his National Survival Swimming Award (Silver) test next Tuesday. Even though HMF is unlikely to be spread through water in the swimming pool (as mentioned in the website), the doctor said "No" to swimming until full recovery. Okay, not exactly a "WOW" but at least I'm a pseudo-expert on HMF!
