A Date
The significant other and i were at the S'pore Airshow this morning. This pic was taken while watching the aerial display. It was simply tooooo hot to be standing out there by the sea, so we were hiding in the shade of a building (of course we weren't the only ones with the same idea, lol) and there was this huge black car in front of us. Huge yes lah, but not very clean leh, see the pic you know already.
i must say it is not very exciting lah. The indoor exhibits are mainly for people who CAN shop and buy planes and accessories :) Our first stop was actually the huge booth by ST, so we saw all the military stuff. The above pic is by our very own airport.
Some interior stuff. This is by the company that is a major partner/shareholder of the co. the significant other works for. i mean i've seen the real inside lah when i visited the significant other's workplace. So again, er, yawn, lol
Ah, this is interesting. Cannot find the Darth Vader one..
One of the more popular booths. People actually requested to take photos with those guys in uniforms. i didn't ok, in case you're kaypoh enough to ask...
Exhibits outside. This is F something (16 or 15 or is it 16E, whatever) from USA.
Commercial planes... which one you wanna buy? lol
Ok, give some support to our own chinook. Er, actually hoh, i've seen this too, taken a pic with it too at the RSAF Open House. Like i say, give some support lah.
This is our Apache.
We met a cousin-in-law, the significant other met some friends and we ended the day with Nephew No.2 (who is in the air force) who was there too. 2 years ago, the significant other brought him here and they compared how it was better 2 years back. i've no basis of comparison i also know not very impressive, lol. The RSAF Open House was better, the aerial display then was more impressive, no Black Knights today woh. Actually National Day also much better than this, LOL.
i asked the significant other the other day why he has never brought me to the Air Show all these years. (He has gone separately with his colleagues, church frens, Nephew No.2) He said,"You never ask". *roll eyes*
