Last Saturday was the appreciation tea for parent volunteers at my boys' school. It was also a farewell of sorts as this is the last year of service for mummies of P6 boys. i have known these mummies since i started to volunteer 3 years ago. i will miss them :( Despite promises to stay in touch, i know it won't be the same since we won't be working together for the boys. My best wishes to them as they and their boys start a new and exciting chapter next year.
Today is the last day of school. Another year has passed....so quickly! Yesterday i was at school to meet the teachers. Both boys did well and their teachers spoke well of them. Ethan was however asked to drop Higher Chinese as it's just not his cup of tea. Ethan was relieved and we believed it's the best decision too. He can now concentrate on the 4 main subjects for his PSLE next year :)
Ewan found out his two best friends will not be in the same class as him next year. But since today is his birthday and the last day of school, he doesn't appear to be too affected by it :)
The last goodbye here is a goodbye to my first marathon bid :( i hope this is only temporary....
But this blog won't be saying goodbye lah. Today's also the 4th anniversary, more to come :)
